Do I get the same cleaner every visit?+
Yes. You are assigned one dedicated cleaner who learns your home and your preferences, so you are not re-explaining things every fortnight. If your regular cleaner is away, we contact you first rather than sending someone unannounced.
Am I locked into a contract?+
No. There are no lock-in contracts and no cancellation fees on any of our regular cleaning plans. You can change how often we visit, pause while you are away, or stop altogether by letting us know.
