WHAT DRIVES THE PRICE, AND WHAT DOES NOT Floor area matters less than you would expect. AFTER HOURS, BEFORE HOURS, OR DURING Most offices choose after hours, and it is usually right — nobody wants a vacuum running during a client call. But it is not automatic. After hours means keys or an access code and an alarm code, and it means nobody is there if something needs a decision. Before hours suits offices where the team arrives late morning. During hours works for small offices and for anyone who wants to see the work happening, and it is common in medical and childcare settings where an empty building is not appropriate. We work to your access arrangements rather than ours, and we can hold keys and alarm codes with a signed access agreement. WHAT WE CLEAN, AND WHAT WE DO NOT We clean bathrooms and kitchens properly, empty and reline bins, vacuum and mop, wipe desks and surfaces that are clear, do reception and meeting rooms, and handle switches, door handles and shared touch points. We do not move papers on a desk, wash dishes left in the sink, clean inside personal drawers, or touch anything on a desk that is not clearly rubbish. That is deliberate. Cleaners who tidy desks generate complaints, and someone else's paperwork is not ours to move. Ask your team to clear their desk if they want it wiped. NO LOCK-IN CONTRACT We do not use fixed-term contracts. If we are not doing the job you should be able to leave, and a twelve-month term that traps an unhappy client is not a business model we want. And window cleaning is discounted 10-30% depending on frequency and building. That is deliberate pricing rather than a promotion. A property we clean weekly stays in better condition, takes less time per visit, and is worth more to us than a one-off, so the discount is real rather than recovered elsewhere.
